🛍️ How to Start a Return

To initiate your return, please contact our Customer Care Team at info@wignova.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
 
Please include:
•Your order number
•Clear photos of the product(s) in original condition
•A short explanation of your reason for return
 
You’ll receive a response from our team within 1–2 business days with detailed return instructions.

✅ Return Eligibility

To qualify for store credit:
•Products must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
•Hair must not be untied, brushed, washed, colored, cut, or altered in any way
•Hair tools and accessories must remain sealed and unused
•Wigs and promotional items are final sale, and are not eligible for return or exchange
 
Once your return is approved, please ship your item(s) within 14 days and share your tracking number with us via email.
 
Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or defective.

💳 Store Credit Policy

Once your return is received and approved:


•Store credit will be issued within 1–3 business days
•Credit will be emailed to the same address used at checkout
•Store credit is valid for 12 months from the date of issue
•It can be applied toward any future order, including sales and promotions
•Original shipping fees are non-refundable

🚫 Final Sale Items

Please note that certain products are final sale and cannot be returned for hygiene or promotional reasons:

 

•Wigs: Due to sanitary regulations, all wig sales are final
•Discounted or Sale Items: All clearance, promotional, or discounted orders are final sale
•Discount Codes: Single-use discount codes cannot be reissued or reused on future purchases

Orders must be placed by 12pm EST to start processing on the same day. Processing time usually takes 1 business day. Delivery times are based on orders placed between Monday – Friday.
If your order contains a hazmat item (e.g., nail polish, pressurized spray cans, etc.), it must ship ground 3 Day Shipping (2-8 days total delivery time).
Orders must be placed by 12pm EST Monday – Friday to start processing on the same day. Processing time usually takes 1 business day. Delivery times are based on orders placed between Monday and Friday. BiteBeauty.com offers FREE Standard 3 Day Ground Shipping on all U.S. merchandise orders $35 and over (excluding taxes). Select items considered hazmat (hazardous materials) are restricted and must be shipped with Ground Service. Orders $35 and over always ship Standard 3 Day Ground Shipping for free—no promotion code needed. For shipments totaling less than $35, there is a delivery charge of $5.95 for Standard 3 Day Ground Shipping. Our standard shipping option is Standard 3 Day Shipping.

International shipping

We ship international orders through DHL Express and DHL eCommerce. Jolie.com offers $9.95 flat rate shipping for orders $50 and above. Where available, you will be able to select your preferred shipping method at checkout. Shipping costs are calculated based on the size, weight and destination country/region of your package once you begin the checkout process. For your convenience, the shipping costs provided included all import duties, taxes and applicable fees.

All orders ship Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

Tracking orders

When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email. The majority of our orders are shipped within 1-2 business days after the order has been placed. The email will contain shipment details, your tracking number, and a package tracking link. To track an order on BiteBeauty.com, sign in to access My Account that will contain your order information. You can also contact Jolie Customer Service to track your order.
