At Wignova, your satisfaction and confidence are paramount. We want you to feel limitless in your purchase. While we do not offer cash or credit card refunds, we are happy to provide store credit for eligible returns within 14 days of delivery.

How to Initiate a Store Credit Return

To begin your return process, please email us at support@wignova.com within 14 days of your delivery date. To expedite the process, include the following in your email:

  • Your order number.

  • Photos of the product(s) in their original, untouched condition.

  • Reason for the return (e.g., style preference, sizing issue).

We will respond within 1–2 business days with detailed return instructions and the return address.

Return Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a store credit return, items must meet strict hygiene and quality criteria:

  • Items must remain unused, unaltered, and in original condition.

  • Hair must not be untied, washed, colored, brushed, finger-combed, or tampered with in any way.

  • All original packaging, tags, and product inserts must be intact.

Once your return is approved, you must ship your items within 14 days and share the tracking number with us via email. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or faulty.

Store Credit Details

Store credit will be issued within 1–3 business days of receiving and verifying your returned items.

  • Credit will be emailed to the address used at checkout.

  • It can be used on any future purchase and does not expire for 1 year.

  • Credit is valid with sales and promotional offers.

  • Store credit is issued for the amount paid for the product(s), excluding the original shipping cost.

Final Sale Items (No Returns)

Due to the intimate nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, the following items are Final Sale and not eligible for return or store credit:

  • Wigs: All wig sales are final. We encourage you to review sizing guides carefully before purchase.

  • Sale/Promotional Orders: All items purchased with a discount or as part of a major sale event are final sale.

  • Discount Codes are one-time use only and cannot be re-applied to future purchases.
